From Jason Whatley

Regardless of where he preaches, Pete remains my pastor, my mentor, and my friend. His ministry to me and his impact in my life extend so much further than just the words that God has inspired him to offer from the pulpit. Pete’s humble, transparent spirit continues to encourage and set an example for those who know him as he navigates both the mountains and the valleys of his walk. I am continually emboldened and refreshed by his zeal for the truth of Scripture and his willingness to set aside the traditions of men for the reality of Jesus Christ.

– Jason Whatley, attorney, friend, and former church member, Columbia, Tenn.
